Vandana Das is an executive coach and leadership consultant with over 27 years of global experience across government, international development, and entrepreneurship. She has led large-scale federal initiatives with teams of more than 600 people and partnered with organizations such as the World Bank Group and USAID. Having lived in several countries and worked extensively on cross-cultural dynamics and gender, Vandana brings a unique perspective on what it means to be a global citizen and how to lead effectively in diverse environments.
