About the Coach
I am an executive coach and leadership consultant with over 28 years of global experience across government, international development, and entrepreneurship. My work is grounded in a deep belief in authentic leadership — that we are most effective, sustainable, and impactful when we lead as ourselves, not by trying to fit into someone else’s formula.
Over the course of my career, I have led large-scale federal initiatives with teams of more than 600 people and partnered with organizations such as the World Bank Group and USAID. Having lived and worked across countries and cultures, I have seen how leadership effectiveness is shaped not only by who we are, but also by the cultural contexts in which we lead. Communication, trust, feedback, authority, and collaboration can all land differently across global and distributed teams. Understanding those nuances helps leaders adapt with intention while staying grounded in their values and true north.
My coaching approach is tailored, reflective, and practical. I help clients understand who they are, what drives them, what triggers them, what patterns shape their behavior, and what values they want to stand for. From that deeper self-awareness, decision-making becomes clearer, courage of conviction begins to build, and confidence becomes more natural. Over time, that inner clarity reflects outwardly as presence, trust, and leadership impact.
This same belief also shapes my work with students and early-career professionals. Many students make career and college decisions without first understanding their strengths, interests, values, and natural ways of working. I help them pause, reflect, and explore career directions from a place of self-awareness, so they can identify paths where they are more likely to thrive and excel.
In coaching a leader, facilitating a workshop, or supporting a team, my goal is to help people connect more deeply with who they are and translate that insight into intentional action. I believe the combination of coaching and workshops is especially powerful: coaching creates the space for deep individual reflection, while workshops build shared language, practical tools, and collective learning. Together, they help individuals and teams lead with authenticity, communicate with impact, and create more inclusive, high-trust environments.
