Coaching and limiting beliefs

Limiting beliefs can profoundly impact our confidence and actions, often more than we realize. A seemingly minor incident during childhood can leave a lasting impression. For instance, at the age of 7, innocently resting an arm on a teacher's chair resulted in a harsh reaction, planting a seed of self-doubt about judgment. This belief lingered through high school- that I excelled in written tests did nothing to give me enough confidence to speak up in class. The limiting beliefs that harm you the most often go unnoticed and unrecognized.

These ingrained beliefs, frequently underestimated, can significantly impede children and adults alike in their professional paths. As a coach, I see how transformative it can be to recognize, and use coaching tools to overcome these barriers helping individuals unlock hidden potentials, paving the way for personal growth.
